On this episode of Minds of Motorsport we talk to Josh Webb of Webb Performance. Josh is a performance coach in the health and fitness space for many big names in Australian motorsport. Josh has years of experience in this area and has also represented Australia at beach volleyball.
My chat with Josh is based round his experience with Supercars drivers and what it takes to perform at their level. We talk about motorsport fitness as well as diet and Josh shares insight into what he believes separates those who get on to the podium to those who don’t. In the second half of the episode we also spoke on DNA testing and its role in nutrition and training and how it is used to extract that extra 1% needed to be the best.
